Serving our community by growing produce, with love, as we facilitate healing and cultivate memories with God in mind.
Alabaster Flows Urban Garden was established in 2018 by Veronica Petty as a way to heal from loss and restore her health. After losing her mother to congestive heart failure in 2016 and receiving a diagnosis of heart complications in 2017, Veronica realized that something needed to change in her life.
Since its inception, our garden has transformed into a full-fledged farm. What began as a passion for gardening has evolved into a comprehensive approach to farming, with knowledgeable garden managers providing consultation. We now have a small orchard, a vineyard, vegetable beds, and medicinal herb beds.
"I have been gardening for five years and farming for two years. Every day, I strive to gain the wisdom and skills necessary to provide quality fruits and vegetables to my community while educating them on the importance of cultivating even a small kitchen garden." - Veronica Petty
Our farm offers a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, including different types of tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, watermelons, grapes, strawberries, and stone fruits, among many others. Available for purchase at our events.
Additionally, we offer garden consultation services for those interested in starting their own gardens. We host community events/classes aimed at children, families, and the elderly. These events will focus on topics such as growing your own food, caring for the soil, setting up home gardens, and starting small businesses.
At Simply Grace Gardens, we aim to break generational curses within our community through in-person and written training.
We provide a safe space for you to learn sustainable gardening practices. Together, we can ensure that our children have access to nutritious fruits and vegetables by collaborating to create a healthier and more sustainable future for everyone.
This is how we protect the produce during the Winter Season
